Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times:
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.


Shipping Rates & Carriers:
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
• We use UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

• Free 'Ground Shipping' on all orders $50 or more.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with Free Shipping. Please use either the discount percentage code or the free shipping code, whichever saves you most on your purchase.
Age Verification for 18+ Products:
• Some products on our website require you to be 18+ to purchase.
• You must verify your age at checkout and may need to provide a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
• If age verification fails, your order may be canceled or delayed.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues:
• Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Buy or Shop is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
• Once marked as delivered, Buy or Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly.
 • If your package arrives damaged, email sales@hivephive.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution.


Returns & Refunds:
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you received the wrong item, please contact us within X days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.
